Every year the best-selling product rankings on AliExpress are compiled and every year it is evident that the most purchased goods are copies of clothes, shoes, watches and much more from well-known global manufacturers such as Adidas, Nike, Lacoste, Rolex etc. Strangely enough it is very hard to find these copies on AliExpress. The reason is simple, trademark owners don’t want anyone to copy their products and sell them for a third of the price. This brings us to the main reason for buying copies being so highly popular. The price of the copied product is very low.
What about the quality? It is fairly well-known fact that the world’s producers allow production of their goods in China, there also are people who buy the left-over material or slightly damaged material and make copies from it. So, for example, if you buy a copy of a Michael Kors handbag, it is likely that it was made from the original material. Beware, this is not always the case. With the common favourite Nike Air Max shoes, this rule does not apply.
The logo cannot be seen in the picture or it is deformed
This is completely normal but the malady is only in the picture and in reality there is the logo. The seller of copies is not allowed to show the original logos on non-original goods. Another case is a change of name under the logo which is the reason why you can see Adios written on your T-shirt instead of Adidas.
